Services
We perform the following services on Windows based computers:
- Remove viruses,
- Remove malware,
- Remove spyware,
- Provide computer training
- Perform system tune-up
- Perform diagnostics on personal computers.
- Provide backup solutions for home based systems
- Install and troubleshoot wireless networks and related equipment
- Install and upgrade hardware and software
- Install Windows and apply recommended updates
- Perform preventive maintenance on personal computers
- Provide limited telephone support to clients
- Provide training for company personnel
Over 95 percent of services are performed at your home and/or office. Many task can be accomplished on site within two hours. Occasionally it is required to remove the equipment from the client’s premises for further service. Repair is generally completed in less than 48 hours in such cases.
